Project Lead (gn)
who will lead our CirculaRise Accelerator for a duration of 10 months as a maternity leave cover.
The successful candidate will start in August and will be working with us in our co-working space in Berlin or Munich in Germany (partly remote possible).

Aufgaben
- Strategic lead of the accelerator program: Further development and implementation of overall program strategy, alignment between accelerator cohorts in different countries, and expansion plan including internationalisation and long-term financing.
- Communication, public relations and ecosystem building: Represent the project externally and oversee accurate external communication to ensure visibility and positioning of the project to external stakeholders and accelerator participants. Nurture and expand the supporting ecosystem and strategic relations around the accelerator including experts and partners with a current strong focus on ecosystem building in Germany.
- Operational lead of accelerator implementation in Germany including leading quality assurance and adjustments of training program, selecting circular social businesses, guiding and supporting the selected accelerator participants, conducting training and coaching sessions, and fostering a community of participants and alumni of the project.
- Project Management: Overall responsibility of successful project implementation and achievement of KPIs as well as proper use of funds, resource allocation and quality assurance. Steering project activities and report on implementation both internally and externally.
- Team leadership: Leading the project team of 2 staff members, ensuring a collaborative and innovative work culture and continuous training and development of staff.
Anforderungen
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the social impact sector.
- Demonstrated practical experience and strong understanding of incubator and accelerator programs along with in-depth knowledge of the startup business realities and ecosystem, preferably in Germany.
- Knowledge on the topics of circular economy and/or social and environmental impact management and a professional network in the field.
- Master´s degree in Business Administration, Social Business, Sustainability Management, Social Sciences or comparable fields is a requirement.
- Fluency in both English and German is a requirement
- Excellent communication and networking skills
