About Formo

Aufgaben

Responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers and focus on supply chain/operations
  • You will provide general support and build engaging relationships on every customer call or interaction
  • You will investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback
  • You will work towards the Customer Care team KPIs and targets set by the management team
  • You will be responsible for reporting and documenting any kinds of issues to the responsible departments to drive continuous improvement
  • You will support internal projects towards customer support optimisation

Anforderungen

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a track record of building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
  • Confidence and proficiency in using various communication channels to interact with customers
  • A strong customer service mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey positivity and empathy in all interactions
  • Reliability, friendliness, and strong active listening skills are essential qualities
  • Self-organization and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Fluency in both German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a definite advantage
