Specialist Supplier Quality (f/m/x)

Your job site and team

Located in the family-friendly economic region of Heilbronn, surrounded by nature beauty spots, you’ll find the perfect place to live and work. Various cultural and leisure activities await you after work at our office nearby our state-of-the-art 5.000 m² Battery Test Center.
As a member of our Supplier-Management team, you’ll operate with a great network of suppliers and the latest innovations in the automotive industry. Always at your side: a well-matched team, working together all across Europe.

 

Here’s where you’ll make an impact

  • Your mission is to improve the quality of our suppliers. You do this by coordinating the requirements of our Supplier quality engineers. Thereby you act in a cross-functional, international team.
  • Additionally, you monitor and manage problems in the course of the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and recommend escalation measures.
  • You’ll perform reviews related to open Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) deliverables and draft action plans to drive their closure. You will also be happy to provide on-site support during supplier audits.
  • By implementing and managing changes in the supplier process, you ensure that project goals are achieved.
  • Last but not least, you’ll excel at working with people from a wide range of disciplines – making both our internal stakeholders and our suppliers happy to work with you.

This is your basic equipment

  • University degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management or similar
  • VDA 6.3 lead auditor, IATF 16949:2016 certification, Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Know-how in procurement processes and comprehensive understanding of the standard components of the automotive Industry.
  • You contribute the will to develop yourself into a Supplier Quality Manager.
  • Your English: Off the charts! Your German: Gut! In addition, you keep cool even when things get hot, and are curious to learn new things. Your formula for success: change = chance.
